JABURRITOS! They are trending. They are sushi. They trust CCP.

The sushi burrito has been popularized over the past few years so it is no wonder that Jaburrito’s has become a Las Vegas mainstay eatery since opening in 2015.

Restaurateur Ken Aoki has now opened his 2nd Jaburrito location in Las Vegas and he has chosen to partner with CCP for his critical temperature monitoring of fish and fresh produce.

Ken understands the importance of food safety when it comes to his brand. As a food start up concept with plans to open more locations in the near future, including national franchise opportunities, CCP is excited for the opportunity for growth (and safe, awesome tasting sushi burritos)!

CCP supports easy access to accurate data in an easy-to-understand digital format. This allows chefs to reduce waste, increase quality and ensure food safety. In addition, energy savings are realized by identifying faulty seals, damaged auto-closers and temperature trends during periods of highest and lowest use

High standards and high expectations match up with Denmark House and CCP

Like Australians, Danes enjoy a high standard of living and are enthusiastic adopters of new technologies which improve business efficiencies. The Executive Chef at Denmark House, Bente Grysbaek, recognises these benefits and has implemented the CCP solution in this distinguished restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

Denmark House offers the best of Denmark; serving Danish food in a beautiful atmosphere influenced by Danish design. The new Nordic cuisine on offer is recognised as one of the best gastronomic experiences in the world. As part of the Nordic food revolution, this restaurant and bar provides a traditional, yet modern Danish experience.

For Bente Grysbaek, food quality is a high priority.  She recognises the importance of continuous automated temperature monitoring in managing food safety and quality. “In the Club’s kitchen, refrigeration is mission critical. If a fridge failure occurs out-of-hours, it causes significant disruption and creates risk. With CCP installed, I know straightaway if something’s not right”, said Ms Grysbaek.

CCP makes continuous monitoring of critical control points (like temperature) affordable.  Michael White, CCP’s CEO, said “substantial changes in commercial and regulatory environments are driving the rapid adoption of automated, 24/7 temperature monitoring solutions.  By installing CCP, Denmark House has dramatically reduced its business risk.”

CCP empowers businesses to make better decisions through deployment of a low-cost, sophisticated Internet of Things (IoT) wireless monitoring solution.

CCP Solution adopted by the latest gastro pub in Canberra – Hopscotch Bar & Grill

Hopscotch Bar and Grill is a new gastro pub in Braddon ACT.  This fabulous new eatery is situated in a large warehouse in Braddon boasting an expansive beer garden, complete with an outdoor spit. Now a regular haunt for many, Hopscotch is already well known for great food and good times in Canberra North.

The management team at Hopscotch recognise the importance of temperature monitoring in their busy kitchens and have recently installed the CCP solution.  Owner Nick Parkinson said: “We take food safety very seriously.  With a high turnover of patrons and many meals being served, we must ensure our fridges and freezers are storing perishable foods at correct temperatures.  If a fridge fails, it would cause significant disruption to our business.  The CCP solution notifies us of any issues on our smartphones so we can get the problem fixed immediately.  This is critical to our business and brand reputation.

Michael White, CCP’s CEO, said “CCP’s wireless smart tags constantly sample and transmit temperatures and other information like door openings and humidity.  Our tags know if temperature tolerances have been breached and immediately send an alert to trigger an SMS/email alert notifications.  CCP’s smart tags provide peace of mind that fridges are doing their job”.

Advanced wireless technology is rapidly enhancing monitoring capabilities in the food industry.  It is replacing the use of thermometers, data loggers and high-cost hard-wired monitoring systems throughout the food supply chain. CCP is at the forefront of this low-cost Internet of Things (IoT) transformation. Substantial changes in commercial and regulatory environments are the drivers for adoption of IoT temperature monitoring solutions.
