Bursaria Fine Foods has introduced CCP’s Internet of Things (IoT) technology at the historic Abbotsford Convent to underpin food safety.

On the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD and spread over 16 acres, the Abbotsford Convent – with its 11 historic buildings and gardens – is Australia’s largest multi-arts precinct and a popular venue for weddings, functions and events.

Bursaria Fine Foods has provided catering services at the Abbotsford Convent since 2011. For Bursaria’s Head Chef at the Abbotsford Convent, food quality, food safety and reducing food waste are key priorities.

The Head Chef has installed CCP’s smart tags to monitor temperatures in all kitchen fridges, freezers and coolrooms.

Located in an historic 19th century mansion right in the heart of Melbourne, the Savage Club provides a unique ambience.  The Club was based upon an appreciation of music, art, drama, science and literature, where member performances showcase their artistic talent.

The Savage Club restaurant is a busy establishment.  Their Head Chef installed the CCP solution to keep a watchful eye over fridge temperatures 24/7.
